Doctor of Chiropratcic
Dr. Joanna Thomas, also known as Dr. Jo, is an Alton, Illinois native currently serving the St. Louis Metro-East area. In 2007, she graduated from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign where she received her Bachelors of Arts in Sociology-Pre Physical Therapy.
She continued her education at Logan University in Chesterfield, MO, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Life Sciences and a Doctorate of Chiropractic in 2014. Dr. Thomas has also been a Certified Personal Trainer for over 15 years and is a Corrective Exercise Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She is also certified in the Webster Technique for children and pregnancy.

Sports and fitness have always been in Dr. Thomas’s background. She respectively interned in the BioFreeze Human Performance Center at Logan University. She has had the opportunity to help with Mizzou Athletes, Lindenwood Athletes, USATF and AAU track & field athletes. Dr. Thomas has competed in several Bodybuilding competitions since 2009; her highest achievement placing Novice Overall Figure Competitor Winner in 2013. She is a member of ICPA, International Chiropractic Pediatric Association.

After graduating from Logan University, Dr. Joanna Thomas went on to teach at Missouri College from February 2015 until November 2016, when the school closed indefinitely. At this institution she taught anatomy and physiology, college math, medical terminology, and Electrocardiogram courses.
In 2016, Dr. Thomas opened her own private practice, Lifestyle Chiropractic and Training in Clayton, Missouri. In 2017 she began working at the Center for Interventional Pain Management as a chiropractic physician in St. Louis, MO. Since 2019, she has been in private practice in the St. Louis region.

Naomi is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian who has been serving the Metro-East Area for over 30 years. She received her Bachelor of Science in General Dietetics from Fontbonne College and completed her internship at Veterans Administration Hospital in St. Louis, MO. Naomi provides counseling and medical nutrition therapy to individuals, support groups, classes, health fairs, and speaking engagements. She specializes in helping individuals with diabetes, obesity, morbid obesity, bariatrics, heart disease, renal disease, celiac disease, other GI diseases, underweight, and malnutrition. Her mission is to supply people with pertinent information and help them develop skills they can use to improve their quality of life.
Brittany Ramsey has over a decade of experience as a physique toning expert and professional Figure Bodybuilder. MsFitBritt, as she is professionally known, is the Muscle Mindset Coach, specializing in toning and transforming bodies into a "wow" physical status and a motivational speaker.. She is committed to guaranteed results and helping others achieve their ultimate physical goals - as well as preparing women for their first bikini, Figure or Transformation Bodybuilding Show. She has won several notable awards and has been featured in the Ebony/Jet magazine. Brittany has led several workshops for various corporations like the American Heart Association, American Diabetes Association, American Kidney Fund and Chicago Lighthouse for the Blind and Hearing Impaired just to name a few. She truly believes that by building your body to your ultimate goal, you will master and achieve ultimate dream goals in your business, your bank account, and in your total life.
What should you expect on your first visit?
You will be asked to complete intake forms prior to your appointment. Please arrive EARLY if you are not able to fill out paperwork prior to your appointment. Please bring a photo ID and your insurance card to your first visit. You will have a one on one consultation with the health care provider to review your medical history. If treatment is recommended, an examination will be performed followed by a spinal and joint manipulation. You may be treated with electrical stimulation to help increase blood circulation and promote additional healing properties.
